There's no evidence that Highway 413 is going to improve transit times beyond a few minutes, and even that amount will be temporary. In the meantime it's going to waste billions of taxpayer money and wipe out acres of valuable wildlife habitats. Nobody wants this besides the developers who will profit from it.
