According to data out of the US, the most dangerous roads are those that are maintained at the level of the state instead of the city. This bill forces cities, which are better placed for understanding the local dynamics, to abide by provincial wishes, unfounded by data. This is a disaster, stop the red tape, stop the bureaucracy, stop the overreach.
