Your regime cannot pretend to 'do more with less' if you insist on wasting taxpayer money simply to ruin already-completed projects. Instead, please fulfill your actual mandate (which does not involve interfering in municipal traffic matters) and instead fund provincial health care with the 4+ billion dollars provided to you by the federal government for that purpose.
