This is an idiotic proposal. All of the streets that are targeted for bike lane removal currently have parking lanes as well. Removing bike lanes will not increase the speed of travel for drivers in any significant way. Anyone that is willing to force cyclists off the road or put them in danger for literally one minute for people that chose to live outside of the city and drive in is monstrous.
