This plan is incomprehensible, ill conceived, and a complete waste of money. It will not improve any traffic conditions, it will just kill more cyclists. How about we prioritize actual people who live in Toronto and use this money to reduce car traffic in the city by installing more bike lanes and closing some roads to cars to prioritize pedestrians/cyclists/and ttc vehicles.
