I vehemently oppose this…

I vehemently oppose this bill. There's no evidence that this will reduce gridlock, as academics generally stated that it'll increase gridlock. This is going to end up creating unsafe conditions for those who will not stop cycling, and more people are going to get killed. Without any additional funding for public transit, all this bill accomplishes is to foster a culture war.
