This bill is boneheaded!
Removing bike lanes for additional lanes for cars won't achieve the proported goal of this bill.
Induced demand, look it up!
If you want to improve traffic flow in cities there's ways to do it but this ain't it chief.
Multimodal transport, congestion pricing, maybe your constituents dont want to hear it, but those are the solutions.
