Our Council would like the province to consider opening the door to facilitate small scale energy projects. If you have many small sources, they can pool together to make a big impact.
They would like to see Hydro One promote and encourage the net metering program for individual residences.
They also feel that energy from low value fiber resources (biomass) should be factored into the plan.
