The answer is absolutely no to this whole document.

If this passes, then it triggers a failsafe protection for the people living in the area and all along corridors such as roadways (but not limited to) where increased traffic or activity causes a disturbance.

Let's call it the....Special People's of Ontario Protection Act.

This will give landowners, residents a speedy streamlined process, cutting red tape and other government barriers.
This will allow the people "in their sole and absolute discretion" to say that the disturbances from these activities has reduced their quality of life and have the right to request that their homes/land be bought out by the proponents.
This buyout price will 20% above current market value plus all expenses, such as, but not limited to moving, lawyers...etc.
There will be an additional $10000 per year (of time living there) paid to landowners and residents who have lived there before these new activities started.

This Special People's of Ontario Protection Act will apply to all other acts, regulations and notices.
