This entire plan ignores Section 35 of the Canadian Constitution, and is going to be breaking a multitude of laws. 13,000+ years of Indigenous history is going to be lost, just so developers can circumvent some red tape. Any MPP who has First Nation constituents in their riding, need to seriously consider the ramifications of supporting this atrocious move. Because you will be quickly added to the list of those reprimanded and sued for such idiocy. Just let Doug Ford wallow on his own. You don't need to help the ship sink faster. Do not tow the party line.
