One word: "No". These are public lands that have for all intents and purposes been misappropriated by the Provicial Government to the benefit of a foreign private firm. The public deserves notice under the EBR for any activity that takes place at Ontario Place. The lands have already been needlessly destroyed for profit for a spa Ontario residents didn't ask for. Don't take away our right to provide feedback.

I strongly opposes any exemption from the EBR. The public deserves notice.
