Bypassing municipal by-laws, regulations, etc, is a violation of our rights as citizens of that municipality.
Do I get to vote on what these designated projects are?
Regulations are in place for a reason. If you don't like the regulation, then put that up for change and do it before an election, so we, the people, have a vote.
I am afraid of what is taking place in the US is starting to take place in Ontario.
