Please facilitate this process as quickly as possible so that this area of Hamilton can be returned to its original purpose, providing much needed housing for those unable to afford the cost of buying or renting a home at current rates. This is an obvious location for affordable housing to be built. It's unconscionable that it has been forestalled as long as it has. People are suffering. Please move this forward as soon as possible.
