To Whom it May Concern:

In support of Mayor Horvath of Hamilton, please provide her request for a Minister's Zoning Order (MZO) for the Jamesville land, 405 James St. N. Hamilton.

This property has been empty and decaying for over half a decade due to unnecessary and disturbing delays. It is located in an ideal setting, close to transportation and to all amenities. The redevelopment project needs to advance to completion as it is desperately needed.

As part of the Hamilton community, and in view of the plight of Hamilton's homeless, my comment encourages urgent development of mixed-income Jamesville housing units.
