Hi the housing units in question have been on that land for at least 30years .it wasn't a problem for all those years until empty,. What on earth is the problem noise, fumes, ? 30 years CN was there all along, same today ..we need housing... How the mighty $ Dollar rules the world over human life ... I hope the land gets the affordable housing it needs.
