The negotiations between CN Rail and the City of Hamilton have had ample opportunity to come to a successful conclusion. Hanging in the balance is an entire neighbourhood of affordable and deeply affordable family homes in a time when Hamilton is literally in crisis with affordable housing.

It is unconscionable. An MZO would accomplish its’ stated purpose of making decisions over land use and add to Ontario’s goals of building affordable housing.

Please, consider an MZO to facilitate this site in Hamilton so we can get people housed.
