Yes CN has a duty to make known any issues that it sees with the proposed housing development as it has certain expertise with regard to railways impacting nearby communities.

However having done so they should step back and allow housing experts to take the lead in deciding what should be built.

CN has spent nearly 10 years holding up much needed housing.

It is time for the Ontario Government to step in and take the lead!
