The Jamesville MZO…

The Jamesville MZO definitely feels to me like something that needs to be advanced aggressively. This feels like CN dragging its feet to try to extract some kind of concession.

I also would like to know more publicly about what anti-noise components CN is insisting on to protect itself from future resident complaints - since some of them may be "fair".

Maybe some kind of Zoning Variance for a certain decibel level to protect CN at the unfortunate expense of future residents would be the most cost effective way forward.
