I am a member of the James North community and have been for many years. Many others in the neighbourhood as well as myself think that’s it’s a shame this residential area has sat shuttered and unused when the housing crisis gets more detrimental by the day. We see some of the worst of it right here in our community and that is an indisputable fact. We would appreciate the city’s efforts to reconsider the use of Jamesville as affordable housing.
