As a memeber of the James Street North community, i have seen first hand the impact of the housing crisis on my neighbours. Frankly, it is disgusting that this property has sat unused for years when it could be developed into affordable housing for those who need it most. PLEASE put a plan into action for this property soon. While it sits vacant, countless people are suffering. Everyone deserves housing.
