It is imperative that this site become housing as soon as possible. There is a serious shortage of affordable housing, and this proposal includes affordable housing (although I wish more of it was dedicated to affordable!). The site is currently a derelict block in the middle of a residential community. It needs to be zoned residential, with site work starting ASAP. Please.
