I strongly support the proposal to speed up the development of the Jamesville project. The evacuation of the prior tenants has exacerbated the housing crisis in Hamilton. Yet here is a ready partial solution to our housing crisis.
The objections of the railroad company are nonsensical, as the now-partially-demolished area was occupied for many years by dozens of residents, who lived in harmony with the rail yard.
It is way past time for this blockage on the beating heart of our community to be bypassed.
Therefore, please issue the MZO to get this project moving.
