If people lived there before it was closed why does it need a a soil remediation program to prepare the site for development and how much will this cost? ( Tiny homes soil remedy cost millions.)
Why can't we use Sir John A. Macdonald school and land for renovation and building of affordable condominium's and or apartments?
Why is this now being proposed as a mixture of For Profit and Affordable housing instead of just Affordable housing? What is really happening here?
