This development is urgently needed to address the emergency that is the housing shortage in Hamilton. Affordable housing is disappearing in Hamilton and CityHousing is working to address that need.
This work has been stalled since 2022 and requires intervention, like an MZO, to get it moving. Please act quickly, for the sake of all those in Hamilton in need of affordable housing.
