A Ministerial Zoning Order…

A Ministerial Zoning Order is desperately needed to see progress made on the Jamesville housing project. CN Rail has not taken the needed steps to work out the reasons for their appeal and so an intervention is required. As a resident in the North End neighbourhood it is deeply distressing to see this larger property that used to provide housing for hundreds of families now fenced off and decaying when we are in the midst of a housing crisis. Please do what is needed to see this development move forward. Thank you.
