The Jamesville project is exciting!! It's an opportunity for so many people, like for first time home buyers, where that may not be possible elsewhere. Also for low income, having something they can afford and be proud of. There is so many local businesses and opportunity for people to work and be apart of a growing community! It is close to transportation. This would allow many opportunities for all range of incomes!! It's a great project and so many would benefit from it!!
