Water is not an unlimited…

Water is not an unlimited resource and it is a human right that all people, animals, wildlife and vegetation have access to it. It should not be available to corporations or others to profit from.
I am totally against any new permitting process that eliminates an environmental review or input from the unity. Therefore there should be no change in environmental assessments that would put our access to water at risk. Rules are in place to protect us. Keep them there.
