Among my social circles, it's clear that the rock climbing community heavily overlaps the hiking community and would be excellent ambassadors for responsible, respectful, and sustainable use of Ontario's natural environment. Welcoming rock climbing at an Ontario Provincial Park would be a welcome recognition of the local rock climbing culture and its role in promoting a healthy, communal, and nature-friendly pastime in Ontario. I hope this amendment is successful and becomes the start of a broader collaboration between Provincial Parks and the rock climbing community.
