I live in Southern Ontario and I don’t want to see anymore of my country turned from a beautiful landscape into a Walmart with a McDonald’s in the parking lot
These species are endangered and Bill 5 allows the government to pick and choose which ones they deem worthy of extinction so they bulldoze their habitats and get to say “Oopsies, here’s another strip mall”
Where did the basic rule of conservation go? Greed is the curse of mankind, it blinds and it hates. Everything now is about the bottom line and share holder interests.
Bill 5 is the beginning of the end for our already endangered species, if we do nothing about this then it shows the government that we’ll roll over, they will take advantage of that time and time again until they’re all gone.
So smarten the hell up and do what’s right! Not what your investors want. Ridiculous
