I believe that it is very shortsighted to remove 106 species from the Endangered Species List so we can “Unleash the Economy”. When did we as humans decide that our desire for “progress” is more important than the survival of so many others? What right do we have to shrink they’re much needed space to the size of their den or burrow without thought to their needs to find food and water. The steps we are taking with Bill C5 are ethically wrong. We can find a way to work with those who share this land with us rather than accepting their destruction in favour of our profit.
