Combining 36 tailored conservation authorities, who are there to provide protection and feedback to their specific watersheds is very detrimental. These CAs were created for flood protection, and you will reduce that capability by not having staff who know the area very well. Response times will become delayed, and you will lose the vital care that CAs provide. This is a very bad decision and will impact municipalities negatively and result in job loss as well
