An MZO absolutely should not be granted here to restrict building heights. We need more housing in Toronto, why are we are considering a foreign publicly traded corporate dictating letting us have almost 1000 homes here for local residents or not. This is asinine.
Sanofi's own headquarters in Boston is built with a condo building next door. Why are we giving preferential treatment to them for their Toronto office when this was not done for their US headquarters.
