I’m worried that permitting will be completed too fast without the proper assessments (ie species at risk surveys and flood studies) which will weaken environmental protection with this new boundary. Staff are also experts in their local areas and know the needs of their municipalities, on a larger scale smaller municipalities will be missed or under delivered. I’m worried about CA staff job loss or relocation
