It seems that you have mistaken Thunder Bay and North Bay again. Why would the Lakehead Region Conservation Authority be grouped with urban centres over 1,000km away? The issues covered by the Conservation Authorities generally need a lot of local knowledge and some boots on the ground. This is very concerning in the Thunder Bay area.
