As a farmer and businessman, I am not in favor of the changes. We work too hard to manage and work with the land to have someone miles away tell us what we can and can't do with it. We need local communities to be involved and we will lose our voice. These 7 CAs are far too big and far away. This is inefficient and will slow down progress.
