Conservation decisions must remain local, accountable and responsive. I live in Essex County, surrounded on 3 sides by water. Flooding is a problem here, and rapid response is critical. Making us part of an authority that stretches past Kitchener will severely affect the safety of our local communities! Keep ERCA intact as is- they do excellent work here in Essex County.
