How about no consolidation…

How about no consolidation. Each conservation authority knows their área better than any other third party will ever known. Their management should stay in the hands of the local conservation authorities, no need to centralize or consolidate. If this is a matter of financial responsibility how about we keep the funds in Canada and in programs that actually serve Canadian and Ontario citizens (not immigrants, not asylum seekers) and out own territory and lands (not Israel, not Palestine).
