This is good news. There is too much bloat in this level of government. Each CA has their own rules around property use and access. Some of them (GRCA!!!, TRCA) are operated like their private little fiefdoms - run by Chairs and Boards that have their own agendas. Instead of operating the CA for the benefit of the people (and the taxpayers who fund these properties), these boards only care about their private use of the forests. Or in the case of TRCA, they only care about "liability". Save the bubblewrap for Queen's Park and Bay Street.
