My family has become familiar with the conservation authority near our home due to our son doing a college placement with part of their team and volunteer work with them. The local staff understand their area and the people who live within that area. They know the history and concerns related to water use, wildlife, and conservation. They offer educational sessions to the public. The relationships with people matter in carrying out their goals. I ask that more consultation be completed before any sweeping re-org takes place. Our natural resources are too important to change things too quickly or to change in a wrong direction. Thank you.
