Please don't fix what isn't broken. The jurisdiction this agency is responsible is large enough already, I don't see how merging with other authorities will create any efficiencies that would increase service or return in investment.

I mostly use LRCA properties for recreation and enjoy the services provided like parking areas, trail maintenance, education opportunities (bird watching photography, invasive species, responsible watershed stewardship) amongst others.

We live in one of the most beautiful spots on the planet, and that fragile beauty is at risk from population spread and pollution from many sources. Not enough enforcement at ground level as it is to protect and nurture what we have. Please reconsider this path of action so that our future generations can enjoy the land, water and sky.
