I oppose this move to…

I oppose this move to consolidate the various watershed conservation authorities into 7 larger groups. If the main purpose is to make procedures/regulations more consistent, that can be done in other ways, without this consolidation move. Consolidating would lead to losing the very regionality of the various watershed groups, which is crucial for the success of their work in saving human lives and property from the many more adverse weather events to be expected with the continued severe effects of climate change. No consolidation please!
