The Council of the Municipality of Morris-Turnberry stands united in its opposition to the proposed consolidation of Ontario's conservation authorities, due to the lack of any evidence to support the consolidation, and concerns that the result will be a reduced level of service, less effective, watershed management, and increased costs. Further comments are included in the attached document for consideration.
