To change an efficient and workable arrangement of conservation areas and to convert the same to a larger and more central system is not sensible or money saving.
Our more localized areas are knowledgeable about the local issues and deal quickly to administer change where needed. They work closely with farmers and municipalities to administer the best care for our lands in the watersheds.
As a long time resident who has worked with the LTVC people I have only seen exemplary results. To make change at this time is to lose efficiency and care from our immediate area.
Please do not assume a bigger system will be better for us all.
