Priorities could mean anything. I don't believe this specialized knowledge Of local conditions Would be used Effectively. The bureaucracy would be Distant from the local Area I would not have to live with the Consequences of their decisions It could be That homes are built where they should not be, Insurance claims could Be initiated That would impact the broader Community Are there insurance fees. Again this would be And increase in cost. I think the carrot had stick approach That the government is already using Regarding rewarding communities That meat their housing goals Is a more thoughtful Program.
