Please eliminate conservation authorities all together! and do their work under the provincial government. If that's not possible shrink them to only flood mitigation. Period.
I'm not sure how hurricane Hazel flood mitigation morphed Into owning and maintaining parks, bush lots and elaborate trail systems. this could be delegated to municipal governments and or eliminated. Return them to their original purpose/mandate.
