I have watched the NVCA in Essa Township grow over a few decades into a bureaucratic mess wasting tax dollars and charging very high fees. They seem to do things which border on the silly side to bring in revenue and spend recklessly. One example is an employee using a NVCA pickup truck to commute 75 kilometres every day from home to work and back. Hopefully, this proposed change will correct the abuse of tax dollars like this.
