This will undermine the conservation attempts and species at risk. Conservations are already stretched thin, our species of flora and fauna have little spaces to call home and this will undoubtedly bring some to the brink of extinction. Coupled with removing many species from the species at risk list not because they are no long at risk, but for a reason I can only assume is to make it easier for industry to run over our protected lands, this is a horrible decision.
