This location is ONLY good if those who choose to live here have NO cars. It is close to public transportation (GO train and Oakville transit) so whoever lives here will only have option of being car free as the intersections to the west and east of this location are already overloaded.
There is no building of this height anywhere in Oakville so it is totally out of character. Only one or two buildings to max height of existing buildings would be suitable.
