How and why do interference(buffers) zones go across county paved raised roads with ditches on one or in most cases both sides. These zones should be taken off all maps. Since these cause long delays and extra expensive costs for any development due to environmental impact assessments. The interference zones are severed due to the paved roads and ditches.
Not only the land owner with the PSW designations but also any neighboring land owners that will be affected with the interference zones (buffers) on their properties should be properly notified with fully detailed map(s) of the PSW designations and interference zones (buffers) on the same maps.
If there is to be no PSW designations and/or interference zones(buffers) to be enforced on fields being used for agricultural uses or future uses then have these these PSW designations and interference zones(buffers) removed from MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND FORESTRY MAPS that are affecting these areas.
The interference zones(buffers) should drastically reduced in size since in most cases it consumes land that is not related to PSW criteria and would encumber if not probably stop future plans of the of the land owner.
There must be proper and fair compensation for the devaluing of these properties to the rightful and private property owners with Provincially Significantly Wetlands designations and the areas affected with the interference(buffers). The difference of the value before designations and after, plus extra incentive value for consenting to and accepting these PSW designations but only if these private property owners consent to and accept these PSW designations.
