This Project should not gain approval from the MOECC since they do not have their act together. The MOECC has not developed a process by which they can mitigate or resolve any unanticipated (or anticipated) consequences which occur as a result of wind turbine projects. The over 3,000 unresolved complaints that was uncovered through FOI requests are clear evidence of this. The sketchiness that is currently occurring as a result of the water testing in the project area during construction is being closely examined as people are aware of the flawed processes that are typical with the wind industry and government when it comes to ensuring wind energy companies get their approvals. Having testified in more than one ERT, and having received the full brunt of what it takes to live within three wind energy projects I can tell you unequivocally, as a ministry you have failed over and over and over. We are subjected to levels of infrasound that the Ministry refuses to test for (deciding before an investigation that they are mandated to complete under Section 14.1 of the EPA) that what we can't hear can't hurt us....and continuing to ignore the current evidence provided to them that this is simply untrue. Infrasound and low frequency noise is harmful to health and more people will be exposed and consequently harmed as a result of another project we DON'T NEED AND CAN'T AFFORD. Dig you head out of you know where and realize energy poverty in this province is real and wind energy is a huge part of the reason why we are experiencing it. Stop with this nonsense. We know that wind energy cannot be stored and given it requires back up power generation 24/7/365 it actually increased emissions last year in Germany. GIVE IT UP.
